Shipping policy

The buyer is responsible for all taxes, customs and excise tax payments and clearance where applicable in the country/ region given for shipping address by the buyer. Stylecosmic Inc. or sellers has no control over customs clearance and delivery-to-door, hence, should not be considered responsible in any manner. However, if you received items does not match with your order, you may initiate a complaint against the seller and ask for refund.

Shipping Info:

More than 90% Orders of readymade products are shipped out within 72 working hours (handling time) by all our sellers, and Handcrafted and custom made products take approximately between 7 - 15 working days (handling time) for the manufacturing and initiate the shipping. However, in some cases it can take longer than the given time. In those cases sellers are bound to display the handling time clearly either in product description or in a separate container close to the shipping cost and delivery time text on product page. You can find the shipping cost and approximate shipping time for any products under the product description located close to the Add to Cart button. What are the shipping rates?

Every product has a different shipping rate which are based on product size, weight and location of warehouse. Some products are offered with Free Shipping option where each individual seller want to promote their products. Every seller can offer their products with Free Shipping facility to a specific country or region, which they can choose during product posting in their sellers' account.  

Additional Shipping Details

  • Items are usually shipped within 72 working hours after your order is placed.
  • Seller are responsible to provide Tracking information to their customers when available, usually within 24 hours after shipment.
  • Some shipping methods does not allow to trake shipment all the way to customer, you may please ask seller about shipment tracking availability if you have any concern. 

Whats Included?

  • Please allow for extra delivery time, if the seller is confirming that the shipment is already initiated. If you have any concern due to delay of your shipment you may contact seller of your item directly by clicking "Contact Seller" link available under product title on every product page. 
  • You must provide us with a valid bill to and ship to phone number when placing your order, as most carriers will need to schedule the delivery with you.
  • If your seller is unable to resolve the issue, you may contact us directly by emailing to support@stylecosmic.ca

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our sellers are only allowed to ship or bill to addresses in the United States and Canada. None of the sellers are allowed to ship or bill to addresses outside of the U.S and Canada. Therefore, if a seller delivers outside U.S and Canada, it is not permitted and is considered a voilation of seller terms of agreement.    

Order Tracking

Has my order shipped?

We send an e-mail to the buyer as soon as a seller confirms that they have shipped order to the customer. If tracking number is available it is also sent in the same email to the buyer. Rest assured, our support team keeps in touch closely with the seller during the shippment process to ensure the timely delivery of each item to the customers.

Can I track my order?

If the seller shipping method offers shipment tracking, we send tracking number in shipping confirmation e-mail to all customers. Along with the tracking number, we provide a link to the carriers Web page to assist in your tracking.

My order never arrived?

1. If you have received a tracking number and your order never arrived in accordance to the shipping carriers estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@stylecosmic.ca and we will assist you in locating your order.

2. If your order does not include a tracking number where you can directly track your order through carrier website, you may contact us at support@stylecosmic.ca, and we will assist you in locating your order. It is advised to first contact your seller and ask them directly as they would have more knowledge on your order.

If you have not received an order and the delivery time is over:

1. If your delivery time is over, we suggest you to keep calm and wait for 2-3 days, because sometime it takes longer than anticipated time in international shipments where multiple carriers are involved. If it's more than 3 working days and you are still waiting for your order, you may better contact your seller and ask them to expedite the delivery.

2. If it's more than 7 days since you have not received your order and estimated delivery time has passed, you may contact us directly by email at support@stylecosmic.ca, and our support team will assist you in expediting the delivery of your order. 

An item is missing from my order?

Most of the products are offered by different sellers on Stylecosmic Marketplace, therefore, most of the time, items are shipped from different warehouses thus can reach you in different shipments.

If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment:

  • Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list. If an item in your order is not in the list, you may please wait until the estimated delivery time given on product page of those specific item(s). If the given delivery time has passed you may ask the seller directly about the shipment status or contact us at support@stylecosmic.ca.

I received a product missing parts

If you have received a product with missing parts, please contact your seller immediately and ask for the missing parts or if the seller does not give you a satisfactory answer, you may contact our support via email at support@stylecosmic.ca.

I received the wrong or damaged product

If you have received the wrong product, please contact your seller immediately and ask for the replacement product or if the seller does not give you a satisfactory answer, you may contact our support via email at support@stylecosmic.ca.

What payment methods do you offer?

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
  • All payments are processed through Paypal.
  • Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number—the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
  • We never bill for credit card service fees.
