If you are unsure of any of the seller’s terms or the given description does not explains up to your satisfaction, you must contact the seller and ask for explanation before making a decision to move forward towards transaction(s). In case the item you receive isn't exactly what the seller was agreed with you, we'll make it right by covering your purchase price, plus the original shipping cost, on virtually all items. The amount will be charged to seller’s account.

 

Please keep in mind, you may need to present a valid proof of your deal including all/any correspondence with suppler(s) to our Dispute Resolution Team. You may contact our Dispute Resolution Team by sending an email to support@stylecosmic.ca. Our DRT executive will get in touch with you within 48 hours of receiving your request. The DRT executive will then contact the seller and try to resolve the issue immediately. Kindly note that in some circumstances, it may take more than the anticipated time to get answers from the seller therefore, we would request you to stay calm and let our DRT executive handle the case on your behalf.

 

The assigned DRT executive will examine the case after receiving response from the seller on your request and will try to resolve the issue immediately. In some cases the DRT executive may propose you a solution other than your requested action, however it will be your sole discretion to accept or reject the proposed solution.

 

Please keep in mind that our DRT executives are totally independent officers and not seller’s representatives nor they are affiliated with any of the seller’s business, they always remain unbiased and their only focus is to resolve your issue in one way or the other. They always try to provide you best of the service. However, if you find that a DRT executive assigned to your specific case shows biasness and try to influence their decision against your expectation, you may ask them to escalate your case to senior executive/ DRT team lead. The DRT team lead or one of our senior executives will then assist you in your dispute resolution with the seller. In such cases you may also directly contact our executive team by sending an email to contact@stylecosmic.ca. Kindly note that your case must be handled by a DRT executive before escalating to the senior executive team as you must have to provide proof of your dealing with seller and assigned DRT executive.
